My Take:
Ever since my Grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease; I've been worried about other people in my family (including myself) getting it. Puzzles help with brain development. I work on crossword puzzles and even write them for my exams (I'm a teacher). I also know that Omega helps with brain development.

Omega 3-6-9 combines fatty acids that are essential and necessary for a good health. Here's how each omega works:
Omega 3 helps with prevention of heart disease and heart attack complications. It regulates lipid levels, lowers blood pressure and improves glucose metabolism. His birth has changed the dynamics of how everything works in our family. I love him, but the worry and stress has multiplied big time in my life. I'm not even his mother and his little life has effected me. This product helps channel that stress.

I seen the Omega 3-6-9 on the H&N Health Paradise site... but I didn't order it yet. The doctor I go to really believes in taking these supplements. But... right now he is just wanting me to do the magnesium. I think he wants me to go slow so he knows what is working.
