Oregano

We grew Oregano and it's spread. We'll have to thin it out. I cut a bunch off to dry for us and much more will go to our co-workers and friends.

    Wow, that's a lot and it looks beautiful. How do you thin the plants out? ... And do you use the herb in mostly all dishes or what's it best for besides red sauces?
