Jessie Here

I'm sorry it's been so long since I've written on this blog. It has been crazy busy here. The bright side? Forgetting unnecessary snacking and not having to worry about over eating during the day. Breakfast consists of Kashi cereal, lunch consists of a sandwhich (whole grain bread and fat free lunch meat), dinner usually consists of some form of meat and a veggie :) Keepin' it simple these days!


  1. Remember to up your veggies and fresh fruit. I was told to eat more veggies.

    Smoothies with plain yogurt and fresh fruit are good, but adding the sugar isn't good.
