I'm sorry it's been so long since I've written on this blog. It has been crazy busy here. The bright side? Forgetting unnecessary snacking and not having to worry about over eating during the day. Breakfast consists of Kashi cereal, lunch consists of a sandwhich (whole grain bread and fat free lunch meat), dinner usually consists of some form of meat and a veggie :) Keepin' it simple these days!
Simple is the best way to go!
ReplyDeleteRemember to up your veggies and fresh fruit. I was told to eat more veggies.
ReplyDeleteSmoothies with plain yogurt and fresh fruit are good, but adding the sugar isn't good.
