Going Out to Eat? How to Make it Healthier.

Who doesn't like Olive Garden? I love it!

Tips to make your experience healthier:

  • Have them keep the dressing on the side. 
  • Split a meal. I often times eat 1/2 a meal. Then I save the other 1/2 for lunch the next day. I could split the meal with my husband, but he's not watching what he eats.
  • Don't eat so many bread sticks!
